beautiful new kitchens with the granite breakfast bar is amazing!
This is a charming place. Really easy to navigate. Kind operators. There is. a tennis court and a pool.
This is one of the better affordable apartments that is still in the East End of the city. It is really close to so many things depending on which direction you go. They are great at communication and they deliver on their promises. Thank you for the new backsplash in the kitchen as well.
Wonderful country escape in the middle of the city of Louisville. Updated and locally managed.

The best advice I can give, READ THE BAD REVIEWS. I don’t know who is giving them anything above 1 star. The people in the office are nothing but liars; being a Court Tv bluff has taught me WELL. I was sure to record and get EVERYTHING in writing! I will be leaving a more detailed review with the BBB, because of max. character restrictions. This is the first place that was really accomodating to me moving from out of state. I was nervous because I only saw pictures of my apartment, but the lady that works in the office was very special. She went above and beyond to ease my mind. I easily signed the lease and paid deposit with my credit card over the phone from Wichita. I felt at home as soon as I arrived. I cant get enough of the quiet mornings with this beautiful weather. This is my favorite spot to walk out and have my latte. All kinds of birds chirping and places to sit in the shade. So much better and more peaceful than the city living I previously had where they had no trees/nature around.
