friendly and welcoming. just moved to town but was treated as if we had been here all along. my 4 legged fur child wasn't interested in leaving after her appointment.😊
I took their advice for sedation grooming for my aging long-haired cat. He was very lethargic when I picked him up, and died within 36 hours of coming home. My loss was never acknowledged, and my phone call was not returned. My pets have been like my children, and this lack of regard is still painful. I received more compassionate care for the loss of aging pets elsewhere in the area. I cannot say that I wish to return to this clinic as a result.
