I was a former resident. The manager, Evan… I won’t say her full name. I told her that I accidentally set up the auto pay twice and it double charged me, but she was yelling at me instead of explaining. I guess yelling at residents is more important than a kind explanation to her. She thinks asians can’t understand what she’s saying. She’s the main reason why I moved out.

My daughters are college students at Cal State Fullerton and Cal Poly Pomona and have recently moved in. This is a beautiful community with the streams throughout. The office took really great care of everything and our apartment is perfect for what they need. It seems very quiet and safe here too. They know 2 other residents here and it has been wonderful. There is more parking available here than at places directly next to the college... fyi.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY RESIDENT! very loud place to live from the chaos of the upstairs neighbor to the gang member across the way yelling at his wife, oh and, lets not forget the drunk lady on the other side yelling at 1am. Buildings are old and insolation seems nonexistent because you can hear every step slam bang thud crash scream all the time day in and day out. Shameful, my right to peaceful living is shattered and i would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.
