We hired Scott Yi to paint the exterior of our main house and guest house, both of which are 2 stories. He did the best job I have ever seen (in my 69 years) of preparation before applying primer and 2 coats of paint. For wood surfaces he sanded, filled, and repaired as needed -- working carefully around both structures, not missing even the smallest crack, ding, or hole.
