Country Wide is one of the worst insurance companies. They take your premium readily but if you made a claim they deny coverage. If you want to get someone on the phone there you have to pick the option for "new business". Someone will pick up quickly because of course they're looking for new people to sucker in. Then you can obtain extension numbers to people in claims. You'll still have to leave message after message until you get a call back but at least you're not in the automated loop. Good luck!
