My mother is a patient of Dr.Workmans, and I've never had to deal with such incompetence at a medical facility before. You can never get anyone to actually answer the multiple phone lines, and are left having to leave multiple messages on an answering machine that I perceive is checked maybe once a day. It honestly feels like intended disrespect at this point, and I would suggest you look elsewhere for family care.
RecommendedThe entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Appointments are easily scheduled by calling or using the patient portal. I’ve had very little wait time for a nurse or provider when going to appointments. You receive multiple reminders for your scheduled appointments too which is nice if you’re forgetful like me.
I love the staff from front to back. Dr Workman always makes me feel I am her only patient at my visit. Always gives good advice.
