In a 4 month period these are the times they go inside your apartment. They open the closest the doors the refrigerator the oven the bathroom everything. You pay for rug cleaning you stand for rights you will be kick out. It’s a place of lies. I was promised a rent amount then it did not happen after she tricked me into signing a a lease. She and the big office said don’t like it move out… my experience at the Willows 1
For years their laundry service doesn't exist, out of about 12 washers only 2 work and their 6 dryers is the same thing, only 2 work, besides that people leaves their clothes in the machines all day and if you take them out they violently get on your face and try to fight, one person told my 80yr. old mom she was going to get a gun to kill her, office won't do anything to solve this laundry issues.
My experience as a Royal American Management corporate employee involved being harassed unprovoked by more than 30 ppl which I attribute to me being black. I encountered a workplace environment that was unprofessional and, hostile with a senior employee informing me I am in a sundown town (this occurred in 2022-2023). people please dont even think about moving in this apts the manger will not have her lover boy ken work on anything they have three guys that work out there ken and his buddy hides all day the only one is robert he will do what ever he can to help you we lived there for little over a year and the first walk though they seen the kitchen cabinet had a rise in it every time they came and did isp they would say yall did tell us lol never got fixed the ic maker went out never got fixed the ac went out in the summer never got fix... read more
