This used to me a nice place before Hawk-eyed Managment took over. The maintenance man stole my children’s battery for their car off of our porch. When we called the office about the battery, Erin did not seem to care. After calling the office the battery that we threw away before purchasing the new one was placed back into the battery slot of my kids car. I don’t think that was a coincidence but we let it go. I have staying at Country Walk Apartments over the last seven years. The reason...comfortable, clean, parking is roomy, management very available and friendly. Come by, I'll be here.
I lived at Country Walk Apartments for 1yr. It was such a great experience, the management was so kind & helpful, the neighbors were wonderful. Steve with maintenance was always just a step away ready to answer questions or help with any issues, & made sure they were addressed & fixed promptly. I highly recommend this property if your looking for that small town community feel!!
Erin it is always perfectly pleasant when I speak to her. She has a willingness to help and the Maintenance team is immaculate 10 out of 10.
Edit: Country Walk was able to get a hold of hawk-eye to resolve this issue. But again, do not deal with hawk-eye management for a reasonable tenantship. Thank you country walk for fixing this issue, I greatly appreciate it! Do not rent from hawk-eye management. I am currently setting up a small-claims case against the company for not refunding me my $300 security deposit. Even if I pay more in legal fees, I am suing off principal.
