Edit: Country Walk was able to get a hold of hawk-eye to resolve this issue. But again, do not deal with hawk-eye management for a reasonable tenantship. Thank you country walk for fixing this issue, I greatly appreciate it! Do not rent from hawk-eye management. I am currently setting up a small-claims case against the company for not refunding me my $300 security deposit. Even if I pay more in legal fees, I am suing off principal. I recently moved into country walk. Such a nice neighborhood and the staff are so nice and helpful.
Highly recommend living in these apartments! They are clean and very welcoming ! Love the Mulvane school district as well!
A nice community, in a quiet neighborhood—wonderful community! The location is perfect, and the staff are helpful.
Great location, neighbors, and the property manager Erin is always helpful if I have any questions. Steve has also promptly taken care of any maintenance requests I have had.
