Ricardo Mendoza should be recognized for his outstanding work ethic. He is the maintenance man of this property and he does an amazing job. Whenever there’s an issue, whether big or small, he always comes through quickly and thoroughly takes care of what needs to be done. He keeps the property clean and always makes himself available to help, even after hours. He is an asset to the community and is very much appreciated.
Where to begin? This place, once falling apart, has been transformed remarkably since Ricardo joined us. Repairs are being made, and the property is now receiving dedicated care. He connects with residents and makes us feel valued. No longer do we fear submitting work orders, knowing they will be handled promptly. He continually encourages us to reach out whenever we need assistance. Thank you, Ricardo, for your unwavering dedication. We all hope you are recognized for the big impact you make!
I’ve lived at Country Villas for a while now, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible work being done by the maintenance team, especially Mr. Mendoza. Since he’s been here, the difference around the property has been night and day. He’s constantly working to fix and replace things throughout the complex, and it really shows. I am giving a 5-star review to Ricardo Mendoza. He is highly dedicated and is transforming this place into a cohesive community. People appreciate his efforts, and it's impressive how much he goes above and beyond for all the tenants. The children are starting to show more respect, and while it's still a work in progress, I believe he will help make this community whole again. Keep up the amazing work! Yea i wouldnt rent here. there is no ac, no ceiling lights in both rooms and to have light in the living room you need a lamp cause theres a single ceiling fan with a light in what you would consider the "dining area". The machines to wash clothes are ridiculous they dont work. the dryers dont work. Its not a in unit washer and dryer. You can rent somewhere better.
