At country villas we had a lot of issues roaches wise and they were quick to get somebody in. As well as we had a SUPER bad mold problem that they had us stay in and wouldn't provide a way for us to get out of it until like a week later.. and I was pregnant! I personally find the staff not as helpful with certain things when it comes to helping their tenants. But, most of all the maintenance guy Ryan was the best through it all. Ryan was fast, friendly and professional.
I have NEVER had such a smooth transition both moving in and moving out with a management company as I have with country villas. They did everything timely honestly fairly and communication was fantastic! I have had office staff finance and maintenance work with me on several occasions ALL have been very helpful and very professional. It's been a pleasure being at country villas!
