I have been here for a week. I am on the ground floor. Just moved from 'Stonemark' off of N. River Rd. The country villas facilities are pretty standard with what feels like an abundance for children. The move-in process was new for me... there's no real live people present to navigate this process with. The tour is self guided while on the phone with a customer service rep. At country villas we had a lot of issues roaches wise and they were quick to get somebody in. As well as we had a SUPER bad mold problem that they had us stay in and wouldn't provide a way for us to get out of it until like a week later.. and I was pregnant! I personally find the staff not as helpful with certain things when it comes to helping their tenants. But, most of all the maintenance guy Ryan was the best through it all.
