To whom it may concern,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current management of this apartment complex.Every year, the rent is increased by $50 per month, which adds an extra $600 to the annual cost. While long-term residents are forced to pay more each year and are restricted to 12-month contracts only, new tenants are offered much better deals. I like very much girls all is location ,very peacefully atmosphere, walking distance of my work just opposite 87 keyboard on rt59 my work address is 112 rt 59 monsey 19052, same days before I saw with other person to look 3 bed apartment, I loved it cool ventilation from both sides lift are like new cleanliness wonderful not seen even peace of paper , still many thing but can't say all all here , I wish to live here my wife very happy to the area, we are both alone but we wish our nebourer will good company to us thanks fore... read more

I’m not even sure why they have good reviews this place is so unprofessional. The initial phone call to book my apt tour was good she was very nice. When I get to view the apt it was a self tour the lady told me to do, she gave me the address and apt number. I struggled to find the apt cause 1 there was no numbers on the door. Before even going into the apt there was blood smears all on the outside elevator walls and mail downstairs was overflowing on the floor along with a 2 opened packaged.
