I lived here ages ago. The apartment provided shelter and that is about it. The are no amenities but then they were a cheap safe place to live. Apartment entrance is from the outside into the living room with a small open kitchen and small dining area with a closet. Then you walk into the bedroom and bathroom is attached to three bedroom. There is no patios or balconies. This is a great place to live if you want to save money to buy a house. Since it is one bedroom it is adult living, there is no outside leisure area. Have not talk to mel rollings yet. She said he will call and he has not.They do discriminate. Laurie has made that clear as to how she couldn't give us "1" reason why she couldn't rent to us. My lady applied and Laurie was excited and ready to move us in. Meanwhile I was at work and my lady told Laurie we will come in and finalize paperwork. Lived there for 2 yrs, Found mold in bedroom and living room. No wonder why I was always sick.
