The management is unreliable. You ask them for maintenance and they do not follow through. They lie straight to your face saying that the situation is fixed the same day only to find that the matter isn't attended until 3 business days later. No matter how many times you approach them they repeatedly say that action has been taken and not actually get it done. If at all possible avoid living here.
Please avoid going there, this place sucks big time. The management is big liar and cannot be trusted for any reason. The apartment rent is cheaper than other places around but the management at Country Village really sucks. They allowed me to put dish network during the winter time but turn their back when summer comes. The reason they gave that they could not able to cut the grass, a completely BS.
