I didn’t realize giving permission to enter with repairs meant repair men could unlock my door and walk into my apartment with no notice after we emailed them not to come until after 4pm while I’m sleeping in my underwear. I have prior trauma from a man breaking into my house and trying to break my door down, it would have been a completely different situation had we agreed and had a notice. Zero stars. Absolutely hot garbage management. They have ran me for 7 months with repairs needing to be done PRIOR to move in. I have contacted the 7 numbers and emails they tell me you “work” and then never speak to you. When you FINALLY get in touch with anyone, they will fix ONE issue and think everything is okay. I have the entire maintenance staff, their lead maintenance and staff members from the corporate side, admitting this was unacceptable and needed compensation ON VIDEO. My mother has been renting there several years now; she is currently on her 5th week without heat. She is a senior citizen. This is unacceptable, and they should be embarrassed they are treating their tenants this way.
