Don't.. long story short, landlord basically refuses to enforce their own no smoking rule.. "Everyone does it, get an air purifier, or move"... yeah... Do not move here... unless you love dealing with inconsiderate neighbors, excessive barking, constant smell of cigarettes and weed, parking lot speeding, little to no maintenance, health issues due to the smoking, and MANY more issues no one cares about. *if you do move here, I'd have a lawyer on hand.. :-)

My AC has been out for over a month. I even received an email saying it was fixed and cleaned and the maintenance men told me they haven’t yet and they might not be able to get to it for another week. It has reached 90 degrees in my apartment and my animals are overheating. I’m getting ready to contact a lawyer and put my rent in an escrow account until the issue is resolved. Not to mention multiple buildings have had a bedbug infestation. Just a grubby, nasty little apartment complex.
We have had a great experience in getting into our first apartment! Alyssa has been very helpful throughout this whole process, going above and beyond to make sure we are getting exactly what we want. When hours didn’t work out because of work schedules she went outside of her normal hours to accommodate us! We couldn’t recommend this complex or Alyssa enough! Thank you for ALL of your help in making our first place together feel like home.
I don't know how much this place paid these people for their comments, but they're lying through their teeth. This place is a dump. I got noisy. Neighbors have no respect for anybody. They stomp up-and-down the stairs against my wall, beating on my wall. I've complained and complained to management. Even contacting a lawyer. I've had enough of this place.
