I have lived at the Country Village Apartments in Durand Mi. for 33 years now. I love it here. I have great neighbors that we look after each other. I feel safe and very comfortable in my Apartment. The Apartments hall ways are always so clean. Thanks to our great cleaning lady. If you have a problem the maintenance men are right there to take care of you. The most recent positive reviews are coming from the landlords request in return we get money off our rent to entice newcomers. Don’t fall for them. If you love hearing dogs bark at all hours, kids yelling and swearing at their parents in the parking lots at night, stepping in pet feces when you walk in the grass, enjoy feeling on edge with a heavy police presence due to the people they let live here, then this is the place is for you!!
