Lived here since september, is great. Apartment is clean and nice, manager is friendly, responsive and professional. Maintinence is great, response times are phenomenal and service is excellent.
We JUST paid the application fee for a 3 bedroom apt. And he called us and said we were accepted but would have to do extra down on our deposit. Which we had to discuss with each other and get back to him within maybe an hr we called him back and he said it was taken by someone else. He was very rude, took our $50 without holding it for an hour for us to discuss our decision. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will not be recommending that guy or those apartments. Apparently they don’t have good reps. Rhomer Properties are stupid.
