My sister came from out of town for Thanksgiving and we were SO happy to have a great place full of LOCAL merchants to visit on "Black Friday". We couldn't wait until Saturday because she had to leave for home. We had a wonderful day - shopped at many different stores without having to drive around, then had a delicious late lunch. I set the table in my new vintage Homer Laughlin china, only to realize that I do not have a gravy boat in that pattern. What's a girl to do? Naturally, I scooted on down to Country Village and found exactly what I was looking for at Town Hall Antiques! I also picked up an apple pie at Doll House Baked Goods, and a few trinkets at Quite the Find. Had a lovely chat with Gisselle Glaser at The Vintage Company no. 7. We are so blessed to have such a gem of a shopping area in our backyard!
Loved the Village! So many fun shops and wonderful people! My new favorite Bead hang out Garden of Beadin and OMG good BBQ at Sweet Carolinas!

I thoroughly enjoyed the event! Most wine vendors were helpful and ensured I knew grape and location of their wines! Great job Country Village and looking forward to the next tasting event!
I visited here during the Vino around the Village event, in which we strolled around and tasted wines at some of the different shops in the village. There were lots of different wines to try, along with little snacks at each of the different shops. The village itself takes on a beautiful setting during the nighttime, with the waterways and the decor adding to the ambience. I would definitely come here again!
Attending a wedding at this venue. Due to the fact that there is no parking, I would not recommend this location. I gave it 1 star because you cannot give them a lower score. Extending a fair after a wedding was booked a year ago?! Why pay so much for a beautiful day when your guests cannot arrive?! Fail.
