My mother was at Laguna Hill for short term rehab. The staff was great, very friendly and attentive. The private room was really nice and spacious. Therapy team was excellent.

Do not send your loved one to this facility. They are understaffed, uncaring, and unsanitary. During my grandmother's 2 week stay they never once brushed her teeth or bathed her. They left her waste from morning bowel movement in the portable commode beside her bed for 8 hours before they realized they'd forgotten to clean it. During her stay there was an outbreak of Norovirus where over half of patients were vomiting with diarrhea. With the poor sanitation it is no wonder the virus spread so quickly. My sister entered Country Villa little over a month ago and she was in bad health, almost near death I would say. Today she is getting around in her wheelchair, she is eating and actually gained a pound. I think the staff is excellent and the care is above average. We have no complaints. The staff works hard and they are always pleasant and helpful. Kudos to the Staff at Station 4 and thank you for the care you give my sister.
