This is the 2nd time I was on this facility,first was my hip replacement surgery, 2 years ago and the 2nd is my knee replacement surgery just recently on jan.16 of this year I was there for rehab, there rehab team are amazing with their Boss Leo, I want to thank the rehab team, Ted, L,, Jack and Julie, also thanks to Tiffany and Crystal the one that runs the facility, and also to all the nurses especially Emily.. thank you very I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.. Thank you for all the staff!!!!
My father in law has been at this facility for a few months now. The staff is very friendly, professional, caring and knowledgeable. They take great care of my father in law and are attentive to all his needs. Visiting hours are very flexible and facility is very clean.
Filled with some of the most incompetent staff ever, they are not able to care for patients with simple needs. Half the people are not even knowledgeable about patient care. They also turn away potential patients by spreading a flu outbreak narrative. Plus their patients have a high hospital readmission rate. Highly avoid.
