The rudeness of the leasing office agents here is next level. Complete lack of professionalism. I had been told this by current tenants but I figured that I like the property so I could get past it but nope, definitely not worth the headache
Poorly managed BIG TIME by a Mgr. That as no clue ..., Place is run down both outside and inside , but you must still pay there prices for upgraded Appliances ..., that aren't even new & break down with the 1st week/ month of moving in ...
I really like it here! It is not perfect mind you, every apartment complex will have some problems. But this isn't that bad. Our fan/vent in our shower broke a couple of days ago. So we called the office and left a voice mail for them to fix it. With ONE day they came and fixed it!! And they called everyone in the apartment about 2 months ago for any maintenance problems which is super nice of them. Seems like they genuinely want to keep this place maintained. There are sometimes a couple of loud people, but isn't to common.
