There is no excuse for the terrible experience I had at Country View in Oregon, WI. They don't allow you to accompany your animals into the clinic for their appointments. Country View Vet DOESNT TELL YOU this until you get there, after a 16 mile drive -- in spite of three opportunities (2 phone calls and a voice mail) to do so. The bond I had with my cat Willie was unbreakable. When he became gravely ill last April, the entire Country View staff stepped up to do everything they could to help save him. Willie was very young and was a fighter, thanks to the care and compassion he received, he made a recovery. Unfortunately, Willie’s good health didn’t last long and he fought a lengthy battle until he had no more fight left in him. All the people.from the desk clerks to the vets are so caring and gentle with all of my animals I wouldn't take them anywhere else
"groomer" has no idea how to groom an English Setter! Not a clue! Years of working to get my dogs coat to be beautifully clipped and the coat is now ruined! I don't believe the groomer referenced a book or even Google to see how the breed is supposed to look! Absolutely awful!
can not bill you directly they want you to sign up to a credit service if you do not pay in full. its a 3rd party biller that makes everything else more expensive and its a ridiculous practice. otherwise a friendly staff and good care for my dog was ruined by basically ransoming either pay in full or destroy your credit your choice but a 26.99% apr credit card was not what i had in mind
They were so wonderful and helpful with my kitty Bear. Dr. Gundby was super nice and took his time to explain what was going on and answered all my questions. They also were able to see me as soon as I was able when I needed to bring him in. I highly recommend them.
