DO NOT bother applying. Advice from someone who lived at CVN for 2 years. They don't care about their tenants. Moldy foundation and ant infested.
I lived here for a little over a year, and it was absolutely wonderful. Very warm little community. They do a fantastic job of keeping the place very clean and neat, including snow removal. Good communication, reasonable expectations from renters, and prompt maintenance if necessary.
Have lived there 3 different times, presently living there. Friendly management, decent apartments, nice surroundings, economical.
I love living here!!! I’ve lived here for almost a year. The people are so nice, it’s quiet, affordable. Just super cute area and love how we don’t have to travel far for anything. The upkeep and maintenance is really good and on top of things too.
