So far it's been a good experience. I know better to take my time in walk through, as I noticed alot of cosmetic things after I moved in. I wish the basement had recived a facial like the rest of the place, not as elaborate, but at least a fresh full paint job. Some electrical outlets would be nice as well. There is only one in the entier basement for the washer and drier. Graffiti on the walls. I needed a quick move in, so it's partly my own fault as well. I know the basement will be much tidier when I move out.
