Clean and well maintained. Management is friendly, competent, and reasonable.
This place is a dump. The view is non-existent unless your apartment is on the end. And even then to get a look at dump. The Women’s Prison is a stone’ throw away. You have residents who leave their trash in the hallways instead of taking it to the dumpster. Then when you do escape this cesspool of an apartment building, they find all kinds of ways to charge you for alleged repairs and cleaning. I didn’t hate Pierre until I moved into this apartment. I will never return to that town for all the money in the world.
Nicest apartments in PIERRE HANDS DOWN!!! Great management, great view and great attached parking garage. Everyone who lives here is also great. This place is seriously as nice as a fancy hotel. I love it!!
