Me and my mom live here in B4,it's super nice. I love the kitchen. I,of course,live in the awsome TV living room. I JUST LOVE IT!!!!!!
I've lived here for 4 years , I love it an so do my children. The rent is a little high but that is only because water is included an the price of water an sewer in Berryville is ridiculous. They have 3 types of apartments classic , partial upgrade , an full upgrade , I personally believe they need to get rid of the classic.. It takes a little while for maintenance, but they have one man responsible for 58 units.. Best location in town walking distance of everything but also tucked away perfect!
