My husband and I love it here. No major issues any problems we have they fix right away. Maintenance team is quick. Management is wonderful. We really do appreciate everything they do including maintenance. Bugs were a big issue but ever since they changed Pest Control Companies the bug problem has gotten much much better. They keep up with landscaping, lots of parking available, quiet location and rent is affordable. Its hard to find apartments with good management, maintenance, parking and quiet people. Nice size rooms and clean laundry rooms and landscaping is done weekly the grounds are very clean
They don't keep up on maintenance, not willing to work with you on payments. And get the skunk from under my building please.
