Jennifer the resident manager is the worst... before you move in. PLEASE take pictures and be very detailed. She fails to follow tenant laws. The up keep is below average. I spent 4 years at location. Car was broken into twice. They had felons/fugitives working as handyman with access to YOUR house. Lights did not work for years. Stove burners was rusted thru. Lack of management. When bring issues to her attention she would blame the three owners follow up. When we move she sent a deposit letter that she added the math wrong... read more
Jennifer and the whole crew are great. This is a very clean and secure facility. I would recommend this complex to anyone that wants a quiet and clean place to live. The units are GREAT and very comfortable.
