I was a tenant at Country View Apartments in Boerne for over a year and had a very disappointing move-out experience. I paid my rent on time, maintained the unit, and left it clean and empty (with photo evidence). Despite this, my $450 deposit was withheld and I was charged over $1,300 in additional fees, including questionable charges that do not reflect the condition I left the apartment in. There hasn’t been a review in so long that I thought I would leave one. We loved our time at Country View Apartments. We never had a problem with management and maintenance was usually pretty quick with whatever we needed. It’s a great neighborhood, especially with kids. We will definitely recommend to friends!

I lived in Country View for 2 years. During that time history will show that I met my obligation and was never late, ever. In my opinion, the maintenance was sub-par at best. It took a period of over 4 months for their handy men to figure out what was wrong with the A/C. Then we had problems with the septic backing up into the bath tubs numerous times.
