Moved in end of July 2018 .. $250 deposit & prorated rent etc ... End of 2019 new owners bought the property & rehabbed all the apartments FINALLY !! so they scammed everyone in to thinking they had to do “RECERTIFICATION paper work” to see if they were eligible for they’re apartments to be rehabbed .. which made no sense cause first thing that came to my mind is “YALL own this, NOT US” so y’all gone come back 2-3 years later and renovate the ones who weren’t eligible??? ..
