Not worth the money. Very poor job and when you complain they tell you to go through again. I don't want to waste my time going again. This is an ongoing problem before the pandemic problem and has gotten steadily worse.
I paid for the platinum wash and not only did they not clean the bird poop off the hood of the car, they broke one of my windshield wipers. Tried calling to resolve this issue but there was no answer and no voicemail. Very unhappy. I hope a manager or the owner will reach out to address this.
Don't do it!!! I paid $15 for interior and exterior was. There are still sprinkles in my back seat. They didn't wipe ANYTHING down and I stupidly tipped them. Never again.
I went over and had the platinum wash! awful job... I should of gone to the boy scouts car wash in the sears lot! they probably would have done a better job! 👎
They did a terrible job. I paid $25 for the works & they told me I would have to pay $2 to have my trunk vacuumed. Poor cleaning job on interior. I will not return or recommend.
What I think here is what sums up what I think of owner and of facility machines scratch all vehicles. Next owner let's a 15 year old kid open a door and car was put in reverse by that kid and owner is now being sued. Owner has gone to federal prison for stealing $4.8 million but cant afford to pay his crew lol. Tunnel is outdated and a piece of crap. Here is owners pics of messgaes like he is God. 3rd time and last. Got the platinum package and once my car passed thru and the guys did there thing. They waved me down to let me know it was done and upon entering my vehicle it looked the same as when I had gotten there. Dusty dashboard, dirty kick panels and door wells, dirty center console and radio. WTF did i pay for? Call the manager and tells the guys to resolve the issues and then tells me that they dont clean the kick panels anymore. Are you kidding? Management and staff are horrible. They do a great job of cleaning my car.
A waste of time, once again, after paying 30 bucks with tip included, I am washing my wheels and back window myself. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
