Money was stolen from my car and they told me to look at my receipt it says they are not responsible. I called and asked to speak with a manager, he didn't return any of my phone calls and when I actually got him on the phone and ask to speak with the owner of the facility he hung up on me.
AVOID THIS.. WASTE OF MONEY!!! This place is a joke!! The inside of the Windows were not wiped down, they told me they could not get the outside of my car clean either, it just highway dirt. I asked them what I just paid $20 for? I was told, "don't come here"....no worries about that I will never be back. They did not vacuum the back of the car, and the manager was just plain rude!!!
Couldn’t be more dissatisfied. Pulled up and parked for a car wash. Got YELLED at by the guy washing the car in front of me. Apparently I parked an inch over the non existent line! I was so upset I forgot about my antenna. The girl at the check out desk ran out and asked them to do it for me. Didn’t get a scent I paid for either. Never again. It’s Lakewood or Freehold now. I would never waste my money here again. The owner has no respect for his business. The reviews speak for themselves.
I'm not surprised you have a 1.5 rating. Being it's a reaccuring thing it shows you don't care about your business. The employee who writes the ticket ugly white kid with a ponytail is nasty! You can look at him and see he's on meth. Until you hire PEOPLE THAT BELONG IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY the sooner your ratings will go up.
Be careful if you use this car wash. Any damage they cause to your vehicle, they will not repair. The manager "Dave" of their Jackson location just told me that the owner (who owns 5) "is cheap and cares about his customers about as much as he cares about his employees", which is none.
Theres a gigantic oil stain in my car seat now. Thanks Country Sudser/Mr. Goodlube!! No body at either place seemed to care that they stained the seat. I will be call corporate!!
Normally I get my oil changed at the Mr good lube next to the country sudser car wash out of convience and free car wash. But during my last and I mean last visit the car wash ended up breaking my back windshield wiper. I brought this up to their manager and he promised they would replace the broken part and took down my information. As you can tell I did not receive a call back and keep getting the run around. This place sucks and I will never return. Sorry Mr good lube but your counterpart just lost you a customer.
