Horrible people. My mother case manager spoke to me in the most condescending way. I try hard to take care of my mother and work a full time job. They canceled my mother’s pca due to her having hospice. Hospice does not do the things a pca does. Then she mentioned it was due to budget cuts so what is it? Hung up on me and wouldn’t answer. Shelby is super rude and I’d never recommend this place for service. Definitely looking elsewhere with the way they talked down to my family.

UPDATE: NO LONGER W/THEM. THEY DONT PAY ENOUGH TO KEEP ANYONE WANTING TO WORK FOR THEM. I am in the Coronavirus AT RISK catagory, I have COPD & take steroids making my immune system fragile... They will not let my PCA pick up groceries for me or take my trash out ( if I were to set it outside my home). They would rather put my life in DANGER. ALSO, my PCA had neck surgery last Fall. I went 2 MONTHS without any CARE, WHATSOEVER!!!
