Initial service was polite and professional. The quality of the product was not good. The "honey cruller" was soggy to the point of being wet. When my wife tried to take a piece and taste it, the cruller collapsed into a soggy flat pile. I also touched and tasted a small piece. I confirm the consistency was not what I expect a cruller to be. It was unpleasant to touch and tasted damp and oily.
