Very nice storage units. Very clean and secure. Highly recommend this place. And the owners were very nice and easy to work with.
Have a unit here paid until March of 21 and I put 2 locks on it. The owners claim they called and got no answer but left no voice message, no text, no email and sent no snail mail. Even though the lease said nothing about only one lock proceeded in cutting off one of my locks and now refuses to pay for it. They have no valid excuse for cutting the lock so I filed a police report. They have very poor customer service skills and the woman that answers the phone should not be dealing with the public at all because she is plan ... read more
