their streets are crap, the pools been broke for over 4 years, they rob u of every penny they can, they are constantly changing managers, sewers are all messed up, crap trailers everywhere, picks favorites( no play grounds) some were made to get rid of their play equipment others weren't, constantly changing late fees... I just gotta stop or I'll be going all day
Rich owners don't give one single care for any of the tenants. Go thru management like crazy. We've had two in this year alone. There is no pool, it's been out of commission since I moved in, yet they Jack up the price every year. Do not move here, they owner and management is worse than a HOA Side by side pics of pool attached to the review. they show the pool all new and nice on website, but you can see what the reality is in the attached pics
this place has been going down hill for years. they get new managers & they don't do anything. but collect rent. they get new managers and they all say we are going to turn this place around & they don't & they don't even go by the park rules. like the people across from me. get off your butt and make people clean their yards up & homes. DO YOUR JOB!!!

While we understand your frustrations, we want you to know we are doing out best to make Country Squire and Hunning Hills better and while it is a challenge to get some residents to corporate we are working very hard to get everyone to work together to make this place beautiful again.
this place is a joke it goes thru mangers like running water and the pool hasn't be fix in three years and it one of the luxury to live here
RecommendedAs long as you follow the rules in your lease it’s a great place to live. I have never had any problems here.
Drugs are really bad in here. They don't help with issues.
