Customer service sucks I cancelled my reservation 21 days ago and I have not received a refund they asked me if I wanted to reschedule and when I said no the person on the phone got an attitude with me she said it would take 7days to receive my money on the 7th day no money so I called back and they said 30 days why does it take 30 days to refund money i will never book there again they are over priced youre better off just going to the dells

RecommendedThe renovated rooms are OUTSTANDING! Every single employee we came in contact with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. We used to stay when it was Country Springs and we stopped coming once better options became available. After this weekend we are huge fans of Ingleside and will be back soon!
RecommendedThe water park is a perfect size for you to keep your eye on your child while fully relaxing. We came here with my daughter (7) and her friend (8) and I was able to have a drink and relax while being able to keep my eye on them at all times. The slides are super fun as well for both the kids and the adults without An obnoxiously long line. The workers are friendly and helpful. An overall great experience. 10/10 recommended.

RecommendedOur family is incredibly grateful for Special Needs swim. The water park is perfect for our kiddo and the extra lifeguards and staff are fantastic! We rarely miss a Sunday that it’s running. Thank You!
