RecommendedDefinitely try the shrimp & grits! The shrimp were cooked perfectly, seasoned just right with a dusting of Cajun seasoning. Delicious andouille sausage, and bacon top the cheesy grits. I was happily stuffed! The only thing I missed about them was a little bit of green onion/scallions. The rest of the menu looked delicious, but these grits have me spoiled. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful food..we look forward to the next trip even more.

Fantastic all the way around!
If you're waiting to try them, don't delay! The French toast was amazing! Our waitress was right when she told me the powdered sugar makes it. also, the eggs were cooked perfectly which I have had difficulty with when ordering over medium. my wife had the beef open faced sandwich with potatoes, she ate all of it except the bread since she devoured half my French toast. We both agree that County Skillet will definitely be a regular spot for us from no on. Thanks again!

I'm always hesitant about ordering shrimp and grits from restaurants...'cos...let's face it...everybody can't cook grits...buuuut...this place came through...my personal opinion...less sausage and cheese...slightly thicker grits and it would be absolutely devine...overall...GREAT DISH!!!

I have been coming here since 2007. The food is always good. Large portions for a small price. The atmosphere is cozy. Christimas is a plus with all the nutcrackers.
