Built new townhome in 2019, everything looked great at first with only few items needing adjustments as time went by. Seven months later more major cracking in walls around windows, corners taping coming loose in corners of most rooms and above door ways. Outside cement cracking, metal trim around garage not installed right to keep from buckling. No concern for the neighbors at all. Kevin Sternberg gave town home owners permission to remove the buckthorn and branches that they cleared from THEIR backyards and dump it in a pile at the back of our lot. Kevin's response...it's private property and there is no City ordnance against it. And the City Council supports this. If you live next to Countryside Townhomes don't expect that they will have any basic human decency and if a pile of cleared brush is cleared from Countryside Townhomes backyards, oh well.
