I appreciate all the improvements and updates they have been making here at Countryside. It definitely gives actual Countryside vibes in this high desert. Sabrina and her team have been wonderful and accommodating. I feel so welcomed. Thank you to the office staff and maintenance for being so awesome!
It is NOT SAFE here. There was unit on fire recently. There are so many building code violations and they will scam you upon move out. I was a Tennant at countrywide villas for one year. During that time maintenance left razor blades and spray paint in my son's bathroom after working. My ceiling fan was hanging from the ceiling, ready to fall out at any moment, and it took them almost a week to send someone to fix it.
