Stay away from Terry Weedman if he’s appraising your home. He significantly devalued our property and dragged his feet in getting the paperwork back to us. It’s incredibly unprofessional that he also works for a realty company while devaluing homes when another realtor is representing the buyer or seller. Be wary of working with him—or any company that chooses to employ someone like this. Absolutely unacceptable.

Our little family moved from the desert southwest. To Mount Vernon Illinois. Where Jeana Shelton the Star Realtor and Superhero of Country Roads Realty swooped in and saved the day. We now have a homestead on the outskirts of town that once it is up and running Jeana and her family will always be welcomed to whatever we grow or make here! She is an amazing person who know this area well and continues to help our little family out.
Jessica is an absolute delightful Realtor. She showed me several properties and was always quick to find answers to any questions I might have had. 10/10 would recommend!
This place is a joke! Their appraiser is worthless. Mention the name weedman in the real estate industry and you will never hear anything good. I should’ve listened to what I was told.
