I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before renting here. My experience with Maria and management has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is the lack of communication. The office is frequently closed, calls and emails often go unanswered, and there is no reliable way to get a response when you have important concerns. i heard gun shots in there and i heard they got gangs.
the manager maria is super nice, ive had a maintenance request and they came in the middle of the night which was really nice. i love this apartment complex because of her personality and service.
They got nasty somalians vandalizing and fighting every day
