I arrived at this receiver at 10:30 AM, only because the shipper loaded me extremely late. My appointment here was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I explained everything at the front desk with all the paperwork to confirm it. Instead of even the slightest understanding, I was told: “You’re late — we’ll take you in the evening.” No flexibility, no willingness to help, just a flat refusal.
