No Co-signers I tried to rent a apartment from these people and they wont even run a co-signer application. My dad was willing to leave his credit card number and let them charge it if they had to and they still refused. They also tell you they may be able to help you out when your honest and then they take your money for the credit check and wont help you any futher!
Pretty Good We have been renting from this company about 2 years. Have been pretty good. However, earlier in the year they "lost" 3 months worth of payemnts and didn't even bother to let us know, except for coming over with an eviction notice. I was scared and furious. We had to get copies of checks. The company "suddenly" found 2 of the payments but couldn't find the 3rd. The reason I am giving them 3 starts instead of 2 is because they are working with us in paying the last payment back at a small payment each month since ... read more
