RecommendedMy mother’s review. She didn’t share
2 weeks ago country propane tore my yard up in order to trench a 1.5 inch plastic water line. they completely tore up my yard, ditch, and cracked my sidewalk. after 2 calls in which I was told that the owner, Terry Davis would call me back, I have heard nothing from him. My yard looks like a war zone. Damage was done to my yard 25ft away from where the trench is. So if you want a professional job done, dont call this company.
the personalized service we get is exceptional. Whenever we have called for any reason they have responded quickly.
I do not recommend Country Propane, we called on Monday February 4th to have propane delivered it is now Friday February 8th at 4:00 PM and we still have no propane. We have called them every day and they have told us they have our information and were on the list we were told on Tuesday our load was on the truck, call back Wednesday and they tell us... your load was delivered to somebody else... we have use them for three years now always have paid our bill on time and for what to be treated the way they have treated us?? When my house no longer smells like sewer gases....is when you know you had one great plumbing company come out and fix my drains! Thank you so much Country Propane!! You guys got in and addressed the problem and fixed it right up! Keep up the great work! Thank you again!
This is a family and community based business. What Country Propane and their family not only does for their customers is not compared to what they do for the community and people in it! They get to know their customers and treat them on a one on one basis. The employees are held to the same standards in the community as well. Country Propane has modern trained employees for today's heating and cooling needs, along with other repair amd new installation services. Hats off to this company, employees, and family!
