Michael repaired some orthotics for me, and when sending them back to be reviewed, he couldn’t show any less interest in making the changes. Despite expressing discomfort and concerns regarding the fit, Michael appeared far more interested in doing what was easiest his end, rather than what was right for me as his customer. Very disappointing experience after the many positive experiences I have had with Nicole.

I cannot fault the service and personal attention I receive, every time I attend. From when I arrive, there is always a Happy n personal greeting.
