Terrible customer service!!
they believe no call no shows are good business! have called them when in urgent need, said we can get to you this afternoon sometime, then never showed up... called them back to try to see what time they think they may arrive, and was told I'd receive a call back, they never called, waited around til 4:30 pm ...I lost hours of pay, also received an occurrence from my work because of their bad business practices...they just are not reliable, I used to hear good things about them years ago..
