I live here and signed for a govt funded apartment, they are allowing people above me to hotbox their place with cigarette smoke even though I have COPD and had a doctors note stating I can’t live in that condition. I’ve been forced to stay at my parents house some nights. The manager will pull every string for them to stay there so now I have to file claims for property and emotional damage.
