Sonoma Hills apartments trashing our bus stop with dirty cigarette buts. I have watched tenants come to our neighborhood and flick their butts on the ground right in front of me. Our Watermark HOA pays to clean it up. They have banned smoking on their property and will not create a designated area on their large open space for smokers. Management says they cannot fix this issue......more like they won't fix it

RecommendedI have lived here at The Meadows Apartments close to 9 years, and I love where I live. John is very courteous, comes by when I need things fixed around my apartment, and is very professional. Kayla, Esther,Annabelle, and Carollee are wonderful. I highly recommend The Meadows Apartments in Mesa Arizona to anyone! 😁
RecommendedI had an issue in bathroom flush. The issue is resolved as and when informed to Emergency team. Though it was Christmas eve, the team attended the resolved the issue at night 1am. Appreciate their work dedication and focus towards Residents' satisfaction.
THEY CAN GET RID OF THE RATS TO START
Be aware of this unprofessional people!!! The place is very nice but the staff is very tricky, they made me open two accounts just to get the money of the application twice. I was supposed to get the refund from the second application but they never did. I was approved to move but they changed the deposit twice high and higher and they do not give you any reason. I felt totally DISCRIMINATED !!!!!
RecommendedI highly recommend IMT Franklin Gateway community living for your next home! My husband and I and our 2 teenagers just moved in a few weeks ago and already it feels like home. We needed a place fast and they were able to work with us and make that happen on our time table. The staff has been kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful to its new residents. I just move in about 2 weeks ago to IMT Miramar, Florida and it has been the worst experience ever. The apartment is not like the photos, you can easily have to wait for more than 1 week to be fixed something of the apartment. You can arrived at 11pm and you will not have parking because all are full. The manager and staff are not helpful and the maintained people of the building enter to your apartment without permitting and damage the things that you have on your apartment.
