I stopped into the leasing office to ask about some apartment options. I was told a one bedroom was 1,060 a month. I was suprised because NO other apartments in the area are that price and I didn’t see anything special. The lady at the desk had an attitude the whole time. Immediately turned me away I ended up finding a one bedroom for HALF the price per month and same quality don’t recommend.
I lived two years in 1820 south apartments and I found it more than perfect. Everything was so perfect, maintenance, service, office staff, the area view, everything is so perfect.
Highly recommend! The staff is incredibly friendly and maintenance is quick and reliable. It’s a quiet, peaceful environment and overall a great place to live!
All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice apartments in a great location. I lived here several years ago, before moving out of state for work, and chose to return to 1820 South when I moved back to Michigan.
