Community Manager I was helping a family member look for an apt and the community manager was EXTREMELY helpful, even gave us good info about places to eat!
Worst place Not a good place to live! I hate it here so much!!! I moved from AZ and did all the application online. Never actually saw the apartment till the day we moved in. First day there we noticed so many issues. There were ants all in the carpet in the guest bedroom, the dishwasher was yucky, the paint was already pealing from the cabinets and doors, the drains for the tubs where not fit, there was water mold under the kitchen sink, the bathroom doors still don't shut unless you hold them, and so much more. I Approved Hello, I am new to the Killeen, Texas area. I moved on 1 May 18, and I was very surprised to see the apartment. I had apply for this apartment in February 18, because moving from Indianapolis, Indiana. I was kind of nervous due to the street name rep. But to my amazement, I was very pleased to moved in. DO NOT LIVE HERE I lived there for a year. And I couldn’t wait to leave. The property manager is very unprofessional. so not military friendly. I don’t recommend. While I lived there my car was broken into and for move out it took them 2 months to send me my deposit back. Claiming it was lost in the mail gave me the run around. As well as try to charge me for additional things I took care of previously.
Easy apply and the staff works with you... I have lived in these apartments since August 2016. I can't believe it's almost a year since I've moved back to Killeen. Erin is a real sweetheart and has a great welcoming personality. They made my move so much easier and the apartment was very nice and clean. It's spacious enough for myself and my toddler. DON'T STAY HERE !!!! TOW ZONE Country place apartments will tow your car while you're in the bed sleep. I'm a ft.hood soldier when I got up this morning to go to pt my car was missing , everybody outside screaming because their car gone. The staffs are not nice at all every rude every single last one of them. I don't recommend ANYBODY to stay here !!!
my thoughts on the apartments I would really love to move in there cause it's close to my mother's house and work it looks really nice inside the apartments and I've lived in Killeen for about 20 years years they are in a good location and i would love to get an apartment there but i don't make enough but when i do I'll recommend country place
