To all Visitors beware!! Do not park you car inside the premises, they will towed it away, regardless what the office personnel tell you, and the towing service is not cheap.
Nothing works! – Nothing ever works. I've lived here for 10 months now and the gate has only worked for 3 months and not a straight 3 months it's off and on. When it does work the code isn't working so unless you have a card your not getting in. So if you have guest comming over, you have to walk out to the gate and open it yourself. Alot of the equipment in the fitness center is broken and it takes them months to fix it. The hot tub is always cold and the pool has got mold on the sides. The staff is very rude as well. poor management – Management at this community is a joke to say the least. First of all their address is on Wynnbrook Dr in Florence Ky. They claim to be against illegal activity but on a nightly basis you can walk through there and you see plenty of laws being broken and management does nothing to those people. But the ones you pay their rent and keep to themselves they harrass. They will evict you unlawfully, without giving you the chance to rectify the situation.
