After my dtr moved out - 8 months later, we received a call from a collections agency. - We had no idea there was a problem. They made no attempt to reach out to us. They refuse to return my calls, They have no proof of damage. They claim the oven was dirty and the bathroom was dirty and they want an extra 220 dollars - Eight months after my dtr moved out!!! This is ridiculous. Make sure you take pictures when you move out - do not trust these people!!!!
I lived here for a year, starting in 2014. I'll start with the positives: good location, relatively affordable, staff was generally friendly (while I was a resident), new paint and water heater installed while I was there. Now the negatives: I was promised an "upgraded fixtures" apartment but never saw any evidence of nicer fixtures anywhere in the apartment.
